iRecruitment - When an external candidate is hired what is the best practice regarding their FND use
End date the iRecruitment External Candidate responsibility and add the iRecruitment Employee Candidate responsibility
Employee should not use their external account for internal use, and therfore a new internal account should be defined (person record clash means that the securing attribute will need to be removed from external FND_USER account)
As per 2nd option, but external account should be end dated until person leaves / end dated a set period of time after person has left?
