What patches do I need?

UVA is planning a fall patching event.  We generally patch as current as possible once or twice a year.  We tend to limit patching to rollups and only apply one-offs if we are aware of a problem.

I searched for AR patches using the advanced search feature and returned 1,300+ patches.  That's a bit much to evaluate one at a time.  So, my question is how do I best determine what patches I need?  Should I just look for rollups?  How do others handle the problem of identifying patches to apply when attempting to patch current?

We are on 12.1.3 generally.  AR is at R12.AR.B.3.
