ATTENTION - Possible Performance issue after a DB Upgrade to Release 11.2.0.3

Hi All,

we want to point your attention to Note 1465689.1 - 'Performance issues on SLA tables for 11.2.0.3 Database', which has been identified recently.

So if you see any Performance problem with your Database in Version 11.2.0.3, you should have a look into the mentioned Note and implement the fix.
