Placing Cursor Over Sales Funnel Displays 0.00 Rather Than Opportunities Amount

Hi,

We are facing one Problem that when we place cursor on Sales Funnel (Sales Stage-Sales User Responsibility ) its shows 0.00 amount rather than total Opportunities amount ,

as we are using R 12.1.3 Instance ,
