adautocfg.sh is completed with error

Hi,

I have ran the adautocfg.sh script in application tier in R12 but same has been completed with error.

What are the prerequisites should be check.

The following report lists errors AutoConfig encountered during each
phase of its execution.  Errors are grouped by directory and phase.
The report format is:
      <filename>  <phase>  <return code where appropriate>

  [INSTANTIATE PHASE]
  AutoConfig could not successfully instantiate the following files:
    Directory: /r12/apps/oracle/PROD/inst/apps/PROD_rhel/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/forms/config
      server.xml              INSTE8        

    Directory: /r12/apps/oracle/PROD/inst/apps/PROD_rhel/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oacore/application-deployments/oacore/html
