Why Do I have to login to ORACLE EBS R12 again when I down load a web ADI Journal template?
I am a relatively new USER of ORACLE EBS R12 General Ledger.
We use the desktop integrator or WebADI templates for journals. It appears every time I down load a template, that in order to select a Ledger, Date or Currency, I must login to ORACLE a second time, when I attempt update the Journal information in the WebADI template.
This is very time consuming and frustrating for our many GL USERS, who are all experiencing this problem. We see it regardless of the Operating system, version of Excel or the Browser being used.
