Any Update to Seeded VAT Rates Patch 9722553 9722553:R12.ZX.A

Does anyone know if there is an updated patch which has superceded Patch 9722553 9722553:R12.ZX.A?

We just applied Patch 9722553 9722553:R12.ZX.A in a test R12 (12.0.6) instance in order to use seeded VAT rates for Switzerland and some EU countries.  After the patch was applied, I noticed that the seeded Swiss Standard VAT rate was 7.6%, which was correct when this patch was first created, but is not the rate now.  I was expecting a standard VAT rate of 8.0%.

We applied this patch based on MOS bulletin document # 463001.1 - EBusiness Tax Seed Data addresses seeded European Union tax data provided by Oracle for the EBiz Tax module.  This document mentions that the first step to using this seeded data is to install the data into the target environment by installing patch
