Last patch level for Invoice validation

Hi

Currently we have performance issues for Invoice Validation on line and we need to know the last patch level recommended for Invoice Validation.

The issue is that the Invoice Validation takes a long time to finish between 3 to 10 minutes and the end user can't make nothing, if the user move or change the form the invoice will finish with error.

Our instance have the RUP6 (12.0.6) and database version is 10.2.0.5
