Are you Experiencing Poor Performance on XLA Subledger Accounting (SLA) tables?

For customers who have RDBMS Version 11.2.0.3, there are certain performance issues for queries involving the XLA Subledger Accounting (SLA) tables due to incorrect statistics at the index partition level.  See Document ID 1465689.1 Performance issues on SLA tables for 11.2.0.3 Database for the fix.
