Journal - Voucher concurrent problem

Hi,

After the 'Journal-Voucher' concurrent executes successfully, I click on 'view output'. At this stage, the IE browser opens for a few seconds and dissapears. As per the manuals, the word or excel file I uploaded in my attachments in the journal entry should be displayed.

Can someone advise if this is an EBS issue or something to do with my IE browser settings?
