How to rename group name on oracle windows server when oracle database server has installed

Platform : Windows 2008 R2  Enterprise
Oracle : Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production


Question : How to rename ORA_DBA group name in Windows server. If we rename the group name, the id in ora_dba can't has sufficient authority to access Oracle.
Our question is how to change the default ora_dba name in Oracle?
