Could not associate a counter for this instance

Hi,

I got the following error in csi_txn_errors table

ORA-01403: no data found in Package CS_COUNTERS_PUB Procedure INSTANTIATE_COUNTERS API
Programming Error: CS_Counters_PUB.AutoInstantiate_Counters API Failed. Could not associate
a Counter for this Instance

Source type: CSIWIPAC

Could you please suggest how to handle this.
