Configuration Owner Tax Options , Rounding Precedence Hierarchy cannot be updated post upgrade

Hi Guys,

We are upgrading from 11.5.10 to R12 and are facing some issues with the tax

rounding options. The rounding is not happening the same was as it in 11i.

By default it;s using the Rounding Precedence Hierarchy to derive the rounding options.

The options are set to

1)      Ship to partu site

2)      Bill to party Site

3)      Ship to Party

4)      Bill to party

5)      Header

It does no allows to update this hierarchy. So we have to end date the migrated one and create a new one.   What are the implications and area which we need to consider if we are defining a new Configuration owner tax options at Operating Unit Level?
