Can the personalization’s from the iExpense patch set (OIE.K) be exported to iExpenses in R12.1?

We are in the planning phase for an upgrade to R12. We would like to know if the personalizations from OIE.K can be exported and then imported into R12.1 or will we have to set them up manually?
