Error in workflow

Hi All,

I am getting some error like :ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation in Package CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PVT Procedure UPDATE_ITEM_INSTANCE.

Due to which my Order workflow went into error.

Some of the Instance attributes were not updated properly as all the transactions were not processed as the user cancelled the operation.

Can anyone please suggest how to process the workflow which shows Install Base Update after Ship is failed.
