What should we be aware of when migrating from V1 (HP platform) to X2-2 (Oracle/Sun) platform

What should we be aware of when migrating from Exadata Machine  V1 (HP platform) to X2-2 (Oracle/Sun) ?  Are there any specific documents or MOS notes which can give you a list of the things you should be aware of when moving from an V1 (HP platform) to X2-2 (Oracle/Sun) platform???
