View and Cancel POs created by Buyers using Super User Responsibility

Hello Experts,

I have 2 inquiries to ask and hopefully you could help, please read below:

1) In our current setup Super Users can't view POs created by their buyers. I would like to know if its possible to set their "super user" responsibility to view all POs created by their buyers.

2) If the Super User responsibility can now view POs of their buyers. Would it be possible to grant the user to cancel approved POs? Functional team wants to grant Super Users the privilege to cancel POs and limit buyers from cancelling their own POs (Approved POs only).

If two items above are possible then may I ask for suggestions on how to do it.
