Populate Attributes GL_JE_HEADERS

Hi all,
How to populate the Attributes Columns of the table GL_JE_HEADERS from GL_INTERFACE .?

I Have populate the Attributes columns of the table GL_JE_LINES but not GL_JE_HEADERS.

Any help please??
