Automation of Retiring Assets

Hi,

Currently we have  a requirement of Automation of Asset retirement , where the quantity of assets that gets retired will be huge in number and this is  monthly activity.

Now Business came a new requirement , if the asset fullfills some conditions where this pre-check conditions will be carried out in Inventory.

then the same asset have to be retired automatically.

I want to know whether there is any set up is required in Fixed assets to complete this activity through automation.

My source for this activity will trigger when the inventory item is moved out from the respective inventory organization..
