Hi, I'm working in two different ways with the Customer: implementing ASR and Populating manually (at the moment) the proactive DB for the explorer analisys.

Waiting the full functionality of the ASR I'm uploading the Explorers of many machines via https://supportfiles.sun.com/upload

Why I can see only some of this analisys, sometime only of some Domanins of the same serial number (for an M9000 example) even if I upload all the explorers sequentially without problems ?
