Upgrade EBS from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3

Hi

Our customer in UK is planning to upgrade Oracle E Business Suite from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3. Could you please provide the list of HCM mandatory patches to be applied when upgrading from 12.0.6 to 12.1.6. Also please provide the list of HCM UK legislative patches to be applied soon.
