Error Invalid value for the parameter: assocval

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hi Gurus,

Need some help on the above error in R19:

Requirement  : Add a field to the SR page layout called Create Related SR.  This is a weblink and  creates a copy of the current SR with key fields - Account,Contact, Abstract,Customer’s Extended Description,Related SR Number -  copied from the parent to the child SR.

Issue : I have dynamic page layouts on the SR object. When I click on create related sr web link, the new form that is opened does not populate the account name or the contact name if the related sr number is populated. When clicking on the look up icon for both account name & contact name I get the error message Invalid value for the parameter: assocval
