How to restore removed approval group

Hi all,

While making AP Invoice Approval Hierarchy I removed an incomplete approval group and trying to make new/fresh one; but system is not allowing using the same name. Here I have option to do slight change in name & make new/fresh approval group; but this will disturb the naming convention. Please guide if there is any option to restore the removed (incomplete) approval group & continue with that instead of doing change in naming convention & making new approval group?
