Change calendar fiscal year.

 Hi everyone,
Can anyone please recommend me the good document id for changeing calendar?
My customer is using EBS (Financial & Distribution) 11i for 6 years.
Next year they have the plan to change the calendar pattern.
Now fiscal year is JAN to DEC and the new fiscal year will start from APR to MAR.
I found a lot of documents in metalink and very confused. I'm not sure which one is good for me to study.
Could you please advise?
