Pre-Reqs of patch: 7044061

Hi Community!
The Pre Reqs of the patch 7044061 says:

2) Patchset:  you must also be on 11.5.8/FA.K/FP.C or higher to resolve several
FA specific dependencies of this patch.

And I am in:
11.5.10.2
FA.P
And I dont know what is FP.C, If i make the next Query:

select * from FND_PRODUCT_INSTALLATIONS  where PATCH_LEVEL like '%FP%';
------------------

The Only what I get is:
11i.FPT.D

Which is the Patch Number of "FP.C"? It's really necessary?
