FRM-40654 on Bills of Material (BOMFDBOM)

In order to fix inventory accuracy issues caused by Supply Type setup, we performed a mass update on the WIP_SUPPLY_TYPE on the items (MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B), and then nulled out the SUPPLY_TYPE on the Bills of Material Components table (BOM.BOM_COMPONENTS_B). This way the WIP Completion transactions will look at the value of the WP_SUPPLY_TYPE on the items, which are now correct. We have perfomed similar updates in the past and it did not cause issues; however, the last time this was perfomred,w e were till on 11.5.8. Now we are on 11.5.10.2. After these updates, we are not able to make any change on the Bills of Materials (directly in the Bills of Material module, or in the Engineering module.
