Want to insert the dates into the UMP

Good Day Team,

We have a scenario, where we will be getting the due dates for the MR's through an external system.

For us to move ahead we have to insert the these due dates in to the UMP, we thought the MR Defferal Logic is the best fit to it.

But we need to understand the exact logic behind the defferal  program to effectively use it.

It would be great if any one can provide us with the Logical flow and what are the Mandatory inputs to that program.
