Can a copy of a seeded attribute group be added to an ICC in Product Data Hub?

 I copied a seeded item org attribute group.  When I go to my ICC, view attribute groups for item orgs, and click on <Add Attribute Groups>, I can see the original attribute group, but not the copy I made.  Did I miss something in the configuration?  
I made a copy so that I could disable the attributes we do not use.
