we are in process of upgrading EBS from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3

as per the note 1448102.1  we have to apply the preinstall patches and also merge the preinstall patches with the main upgrade patch and used the command

admrgpch -d . -preinstall -master u6678700.drv

the command does not complete, we waited for 8hours and terminated. How can we make the admerg to complete.?
