Web Applet Question

Hi all,

We have been using web applets for customer page.  We have some remove/add buttons.  We made some changes and have run into a snag.

Scenarios:

User is on customer page.  Clicks on 'Our new Button' works as expected, a new account page is rendered and results are as expected.

User changes mind and hits CANCEL from newly created page.  When the 'original account page' is rendered, the buttons are now gone and the related items section is no longer visable.

The default page layout does have the web applet and the related items sections.

Any advise would be helpful on why the related items are not appearing.
