12.1.1 version, Install Patching & Upgrade

In 11.5.10.2 while upgrading to R12.1.1, Patch 6678700 failed at  appdstln.sql

sqlplus -s APPS/*****
  @appdstln.sql &un_ap &batchsize 4 24
  DECLARE
  *
  ERROR at line 1:
  ORA-1400: cannot insert NULL into
  ("AP"."AP_PAYMENT_HIST_DISTS"."INVOICE_DISTRIBUTION_ID")
  ORA-6512: at line 38

 

Has anyone run into this during patch installation and how did you resolve?
