CA PAY: Canadian Payroll Process Workflow runs but does nothing
The job "Canadian Payroll Process Workflow" looks very promising in EBS 12.1.3 responsibility CA Super HRMS Manager. But it always returns immediately without doing anything. Are there any tricks to running this job? Perhaps some optional parameters that aren't quite so optional?
For the record the most critical-looking non-default parameters we've tried are:
- Batch ID
- Payroll Name
- Date Earned (pay period end date)
- Date Paid (pay date)
- Payroll Run Type: set to "All"
