ora-31693 then ora-29861 on an Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 impdp command

The exported database is 11.2.0.1.0 and the db I am importing into is 11.2.0.1.0

I imported the schema first content=metadata_only

Now I try and import content=data_only

and I get ora-31693: table data object "ARGUS_APP"."DUP_SEARCH_DATA" failed to load/unload and is being skipped

then

ora-29861: domain index is marked loading/failed/unusable

Can someone please help me.  I have not worked with domain indexes before.
