Patch 9553921 : Getting error while applying Arabic Translation patch for 9553921

Hi,

The patch 10272224 had pre-requisite patch 8706840, which further had following post-requisite patches.

9413081:R12.FA.A .

9553921:R12.FA.A

8797810:R12.FA.A.

While applying Arabic Translation patch for 9553921 i got following errors, please suggest...
