How to cancel order line when it is intransit
Hi,
Hers is the business scenario
Customers wants to cancel when the order is in transit..i.e we have shipped it from our warehouse..but it hasn't reached the customer yet..
How to handle this type of issues...I think we even can't do a RMA bcz customer hasn't received them yet
Please advise
