Commit rule group calculation cycle

Hi All,reading calculation cycle documentation on Configuration User Guide, I guess that when a user does a commit, only cells edited are effectively commit, because it is "incremental mode" of calculation.
So if two users work at the same time on two istances of the same workbook on two different worksheet, commit of one user should not corrupt committed data of the other user.
Of course I'm speaking about standard workbooks where commit rules are all like "measure.master = measure".
Is it right?
many thanks
