Project Template Creation for the New Operating Unit

Good Day All,

We have created a new Business unit (Ledger, Operating Unit, Inventory Org) in the existing instance and created a new responsibility which point to the new operating unit created.

When i try to create a project templet for the new operating unit:

It defaults the Operating Unit value in the Form but the LOV does't have any value, which means i am unable to tabout and next feild to create the templet.

Is there any procedure or steps that i am missing so that the i can get the New Operating Unit value in the LOV of the Project templet form.
