Install on RHEL6

I installed RedHat Linux 6 on a Dell 2950.

I tried an RPM install of VirtualBox 4.1but am seeing some errors (below).

I am not a UNIX person...Do I need to install something else prior to installing Vbox?

 If so, what is requied and how is it installed?
