duplicate prod db from 2 weeks ago to test db on another server.

 We are Oracle 9.2.0.7 on AIX 5.3.  I plan to use the duplicate database to create a test version on a different server of the production HRM database back to a time before the payroll ran using the SCN number.

I need to go back to July 2, 2012.  There is a level 0 backup taken right before the payroll scripts run and part of this process e-mails the SCN number.

For the backups, do I need the level 0 that was taken right before the payroll run or can I use the current backups?  There are level 0's taken on Saturdays and level  2's the rest of the weekdays.
