Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cancel date ( If given at the time of creating OR) getting deleted while creating a OP from OR in JD

Steps: JDE 8.9 and Xe

- User is adding a cancel date at the time of creating an OR.

- e.g OR is created on 15th July 2012 and cancel dated added 31st Dec 2012 at the time of creating a OR.

- This is getting deleted while generating OP ( Purchase Order ) from OR ( Order Requisition).

This issue is not there in JDE 9.0 , Is there any fix in JDE 8.9 . Need help.
