Upgrade from 11.5.10 to 12.1.2 Question

 We are starting the process of upgrading to 12.1.2. Right now we are in the process of figuring out how to set the install base.  Knowing many of you have already gone through this process, we would very much appreciate some help.
With regard to installed base parameters, what are the implications to eam of the initial setting for:

All Parties:
Allocate at WIP:
Override Ownership:
Force Cascade Ownership Components:

Note: We are an OPM shop with serviceable assets.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
