Installing the 12c Agent on Windows 64 bit

 We've got our EM12c system running on 64 bit linux and I've pushed out the agent to a couple of AIX boxes but now I need to push an agent out to Windows 64 bit box.
I've got the agent downloaded and applied so I can push it out to the target server but what are the requirements to install it on the Windows box.
