How do we remove this Decision message - Decision: Do you want to use the location of the new organi

Hi,

When we create a new hire or make changes to an existing employees' Organization we receive the following popup message: Decision: Do you want to use the location of the new organization? No  Yes buttons.

How can we prevent this message from displaying?

Navigation: Enter and Maintain > Assignment button > Make a change to the Organization field, save the form and the message should display.
