There are tasks which are scheduled (through Autonomous Scheduler) to CE's on 12-July; but CE's are

There are tasks which are scheduled (through Autonomous Scheduler) to CE's on 12-July; but CE's are avaiable on 11-July. That is the issue. When I click on the task and try to reschedule then scheduler gives me best plan options for CE's available on 11-July.
  

A CE has  shifts available on 10th, 11th and 12. Now there are tasks are scheduled (through Autonomous Scheduler) to CE's on 12-July; but CE's are available on 10-July and 11-July

Can anyone please help understand this functioning? As per my understanding if the shifts are available on previous dates (falling between plan start and plan end) then the task should be scheduled to the CE on the previous date.
