Asset tracking duplicate rows in HZ_LOCATIONS and HZ_PARTY_SITES tables

HI

We've upgraded from R12.0.6 to R12.1.3. By looking in Asset Tracking we discovered that in R12.0.6 the HZ_LOCATIONS and HZ_PARTY_SITES we got new records which we identified to be "created_by_module = 'SR_ONETIME'" and all the locations are linked to 1 hz_parties record of type ORGANIZATION. The lines appear to be a duplication of the ADDRESS1 column of HZ_LOCATIONS. In 12.0.6 there is about 5000 records and in 12.1.3 after upgrade, there are about 16000 records.
