Face Issues after upgrading to 11.2.0.3

Hello,We're in the process of upgrading our spatial db from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3. During the upgrade, I didn't get any errors and the status of the spatial component is valid. However, I'm getting the below error when I try to create spatial index for some of the tables. Knowing that there's no issue in creating these indexes in 10.2.0.4. Is there any additional task specific to spatial that I need to do. I'm novice at spatial so your assistance is highly appreciated.

ORA-29855: error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine
ORA-13249: internal error in Spatial index: [mdidxrbd]
