Tax Description

We have recently applied a number of large payables patches.   Since the application of the patches the description for Tax lines no longer reads GB VAT the description no defaults to the invoice header description.  This is causing some issues for our tax reporting.   Does any one have any suggestions how we can return the tax line description to GB - VAT.
