IB Transaction error

Hi Experts,

As a part of IB errors cleanup,I checked the csi_txn_errors table.
Most of the records stucked up with error
Installation Details not entered for the Non Serialized item. Please reference the customer product in Installation Details.

As per oracle note: Common Installed Base Transaction Error Messages [ID 856825.1]

Solution is query the RMA in Order
Management, click on the line that erred
and choose Actions / Installation Details.
Enter at least the Transaction Subtype and
instance number in the source transaction
details tab and save. Then reprocess the
transactions using "Resubmit Interface Process"

Here I did not find the Transaction Subtype field in source transaction
