Different fiscal and statutory year

Hi, we have a situation where our fiscal year goes from Nov-Oct but for some countries it is required to deliver statutory reports based on Jan-Dec basis. How can this be done Oracle EBS? Is it possible to assign two calendars to one set of book? Kind Regards, Susanne
