Cannot open Supplier records

Good Morning,

I am using R12.1.3. My question is in regard to an iSupplier Portal implementation that we are doing.

As a part of the implementation, I have used an Oracle API to load a Supplier record (1). When I look at the record in sqldeveloper, it looks fine (all of the NOT NULL columns have values in both AP_SUPPLIER & HZ_PARTIES). However, since I have created that record, I now cannot open any Supplier records thru Purchasing Super User. I can get into the form in Pur S/U and get to the search screen, I enter a blind query and records display below. Once I click the update button on any record, I get the following -
